I was first introduced to this stall by my brother because he finds their Dory set very nice. But then I was tempted to try their chicken wing set which costs $2.80, quite reasonable and the portion is just right to fill one's tummy.The rice is poured with some of their curry sauce and small amount of chilli. I decided to be healthy and avoided ordrering the fried ayam penyet. Instead, I ordered the steamed chicken rice set, which comes with a deliciously tender chicken leg, salad and rice drenched in rich fragrant curry gravy. The steamed chicken came with a nice sweet black sauce which enhanced the flavour of the chicken drumstick. The curry gravy was thick and aromatic, definitely went really well with the chicken! The salad provided was also fresh- the lettuce where fresh and crunchy.

have been eating from this store for quite a while but only recently i notice that you can select the type of chicken parts for the ayam penyent. normally is the normal chicken breast meat but i just realised you can choose the thigh meat which is much more meaty and easier to eat. i felt the meat is also more tender than the chicken breast so i guess this is a better choice

other than chicken wing set, fried dory set is another of my favourite dish from uncle penyet. this store always has long queue during peak hour but the staff are very efficient, so you do not have to wait very long for the food. almost all the dishes are deep fried and come with a fried bean curd too which is another of my favourite. they also have two types of chili to choose from and i normally go for the spicy one because it makes the dory taste even better

one of the most popular store in science canteen. my favourite dish from this store is the chicken wings or dory sets. all the fried dishes are fried to golden brown and the garlic flavoured crumbs tasted so nice when eaten with rice. if you wan a healthier choice, steam chicken is your option.

This plate of steamed chicken rice costs only $3. Very value for money and very delicious too. The drumstick is very tender and the meat comes off easily. The rice is drizzled with curry sauce, which is not very spicy. There are other food items as well, such as the fried chicken and dory fish, which are a hit among the customers too.

This should be one of the best food in the whole of science canteen, even though it cant be compared to the one at techno canteen. Not to mentioned it is one of the faster queue around.Going at $3.00 for the steamed chicken, it comes with one steamed chicken thigh with sauce and generous serving of rice top with curry.
