I believe Cho Kee is heading toward the healthier choice route, thus could explain the "dryness" of the char siew.
As for Wanton and Dumplings, I both were plumpy and generous in portion. Thumbs up!
Give their Special selection of noodles a try. They have the Spinach, Beetroot, Carrot, Seaweed and Multi-grain!
