Dropped by for a quick meal for the unagi fried rice and a dessert. I can hardly find a decent unagi fried rice until a friend told me i should try this place. Its a little inconvenient to visit this place as only buses are available. But this is the best outlet to go to, as their drinks are refillable while other branch charge. And different branches has different prices. There isnt much crowd when i dropped by. The unagi fried rice has generous chunks of unagi and you are able to eat more tha

The unagi fried rice has generous chunks of unagi and you are able to eat more than 1 unagi in every spoonful. Overall, its very worth it.

The dessert is very good, but the cost is a little steep. But i will certainly buy it again whenever i can afford.

We came here simply to unwind from the madness they call work. It's like fighting a war everyday and all we needed was to kickback chillax.unagi fried rice. This was a delicious fried rice. the grains of japanese rice were fat and well fried with the taste of the wok and teriyaki sauce. The unagi pieces were a good portion, well spread out through the rice. $11.90and we decided on a buta kimchi soup. didn't expect it to come in a generous portion. $13.90It was a comfort food dinner success.

Had a rather delicious, scrumptious dinner at En Dining. A Japanese Ala-Carte buffet outlet which serves food of rather high standard, even the presentation was pleasant for a buffet restaurant. I love having steamboat whenever there is a gathering. I think 'steamboating' promotes a sense of camaraderie. En Dining is a place that I will visit and revisit if my pocket allows. Unfortunately it is not cheap. Of course we had more food than this, but well... decided to stop taking photos and start

Of course we had more food than this, but well... decided to stop taking photos and start enjoying my food! My obsession with taking photos of food is probably irritating my fellow dinner mates.

This is one of the cold dish that we had, century egg cold toufu. Very refreshing as an appetizer, and it is very eggy. Century eggs lover will definitely love this dish! Presentation was exquisite too. I probably can eat 10 pieces of this if not for the fact that i need to consciously save space in my tummy to make way for more delicious food.

The sashimi was very fresh and slices of salmon were thick. I strongly believe that sashimi must not be slice too thinly so that it retains the bite.

OOooo this has got to be my favourite dish of the night. It looks rather ordinary but looks can be deceiving! This is the ungai fried rice, the unagi in the rice really enhances the flavour of the rice. Very addictive dish, in fact it was this dish that fills me up big time cause i couldnt stop eating it. Maybe that was the intention, give you a very good rice dish and fill you up so that you will stop eating other more expensive dishes.

The very fatty Dong Po Rou, Pork Belly, which my friend couldnt stop eating and once she decided that she had enough, she was sick! Her artery must have felt clogged. Fats lover would love this!

The lovely beef slices for the beef sukiyaki. Beautiful and perfectly marbled beef. Again good proportion of fats and meat.

You can choose between the Beef Shabu Shabu and Beef Sukiyaki. Both are part of the ala-carte buffet. It was about $60 per head. Cant remember the exact price though.

Have been going there quite regularly for the past 1-2 years. Why? Nice food, good service! Only gripe is - limited seating indoors and sitting outdoors: hot! Our usual starter, the Imaiyu salad was yummy and refreshing, although the sashimi pieces have gotten smaller. Also had the Unagi fried rice which was very tasty. Not too oily, nor too salty. Topped off with a nice cold Asahi beer.. Inflation must be affecting the restaurant though, cos the serving portions for everything has been graduall

Inflation must be affecting the restaurant though, cos the serving portions for everything has been gradually getting smaller and smaller over the past few months. Still, one of my fave Jap restaurants.

The seafood udon soup from this Japanese Restaurant has one of the better soup base out there compare to other Japanese restaurant. The soup is more towards the thicker version and full of sweet flavour from the long hours boiling of the seafoods. The udon noodle is thick and really chewy. Love the freshess of the seafoods in the soup which includes medium size prawns, seafood crabstick, squid rings and mussel in it. Not much vegetables can be found in this dish, but fortunately the main focus

Came here with friends & tried their shabu-shabu The meat was so sweet & tender that it barely needed any sauce at all, it comes with a sesame sauce for the meat & a ponzu sauce for the vegetables. You also get unlimited servings of enoki &shitake mushrooms, chinese cabbag, leek ....Service is also excellent,The staff was very friendly to us Overall i rate 8/10

I have never tried shabu shabu prior to this visit & my boss actually asked me to eat the beef slices & dip it into raw egg.
The beef slices were really good.
Initially I was afraid that it wouldnt taste good, however,it ended up tasting very good.
I love the soup stock of the shabu shabu!really tasty!not salty at all.
We ordered some sashimi, the tuna, salmon ones were good.
We ordered some tempura as well.
chicken karage were average.
The ingredients were really fresh & it left me a great impression.
The ambience was good as my boss had actually reserved a room like thing which we are suppose to sit on the floor to eat instead of chairs & we were given a private room.
Will definitely go back again despite the price.
However, location wise not very convenient as there are no mrt nearby.
This japanese restaurant was one of the first higher quality japanese restaurant that I went to.
Sashimi is a must at that place!
