was celebarting my birthday over there with other 10 colleagues. all of us ordered set meal. The beef was really tasty and juicy!!!!! the sauce is awesome!!!!! The environment is just normal as the food is great. we queued for like 20 minutes before we were seated. very crowded place with limited seat space.... uncomfortable with the space.... price is a bit more expensive as per persone we spent 35+

G'day matey. Well what can i say? It was just after noon and we were roaming around the Marina Bay area. We were pretty hungry i dare say by this point as we had not eaten breakfast, so we wanted good wholesome food. With Jack's Place being a franchise and all we expected some standard from the place. Was not really impressed with the lobster soup from here as I hardly can find any lobster meat in the soup. The taste of the soup is almost like tasting a bowl of tomato paste soup and really cannot taste much of the sweetness from the lobster meat at all. The portion is not really that generous even though the price of it is quite high. Would not try it for a second time as it is not really that tasty and affordable.

The set lunch menu differs from day to day and outlet to outlet. Hence you don't have to worry about lack of variety. And if you are not a steak lover, you can always go for chicken or fish. The value-for-money set lunch costs $8 (chicken or fish) or $9.50 (steak) and comes with the main course, soup of the day, garlic bread, pastry and coffee or tea. With service charge and GST, it adds up to only around $12 per person.

i was really happy to gather with a few friends of mine..we had coffee at jack's placesome main dishes.. and ice creamsi feel that the steak needs to improve... especially its taste..as i heard that it suppose to taste so much better compared to years backwell overall to me thats my ratingcoffee and ice cream is good

I met up with a couple of old school mates for dinner at jack’s place. I ordered their steak and soup. Their steak is very juicy and tender. As usual, I ordered medium rare, it is cooked perfectly, when you slice one piece into your mouth, it simply melts in your mouth. The soup I ordered was crab meat soup. It was so delicious, very creamy and tasty. It was very thick as well. When you dip the garlic bread and eat it, it is heavenly!

The environment inside the restaurant is not bad but the service is not up to the standard. It’s quite hard to get the waiter to serve you sometimes.
