Everytime I walked pass Nando's at JCube, I could smell the aroma of grilled meat.This time I cannot resist the temptation of grilled meat, hence I went in to dine.Hence, I had ordered a one quarter chicken with sides of Fries and coleslaw.From the menu, there was a few spiciness to choose from. Took my friend to Nando's for dinner as this was her first time eating there. We both decided to try Nando's Peri-Peri Chicken with different sides (mine with spicy rice & chips while my friend ordered spinach). We opt for HOT as the level of hotness of our peri peri sauce. I decide not to order the usual 1/4 chicken that I usually order but got chicken breast fillet pita ($13.90 with 2 sides) instead! My sides were wedges and coleslaw. Chicken breast fillet burger with 1 regular side combination at $12.90There are different levels of spiciness and I picked the mild level. Their highly raved peri peri sauce was quite disappointing. It was not fabulous but fairly decent. The chicken breast fillet was quite tough. The potato wedges were served hot so they tasted good. Personally, I don't think I will go back again because really, there is nothing about their food to rave about.

Met up with my friends at Jcube and decided to have nandos for very early dinner at around 4pm! I ordered the 1/4 chicken ($10.90) without any add-ons. This is probably my 3rd or 4th time dining at Nandos at Jcube. As per usual, I ordered a 1/4 chicken with 2 sides (salad and wedges). The chicken was a bit overcooked ('chao tar'). But anyway, I dipped the chicken with mild peri peri sauce. As the restaurant was located just beside the ice skating ring (The Rink), one is able to enjoy watching people skate past. Decided to choose to eat at Nando after shopping at the Jcube. From the restaurant view, the new ice skating rink can be seen with people ice skating. I have heard from my friends about how nice Nando's chickens are, they have a different range of spicy level. I ordered a mild level to share with my friends as my friends could not take chickens which are too spicy. The chickens however were quite disappointing as the chickens were too dry. The side dishes were average and the wedges were the nicest out of all of them.

Even though most of my friends and colleagues been telling me that their favourite food here are theiir grilled chicken, but I still prefer their mushroom soup over this. The mushroom soup is very thick in texture and also very creamy as well. Love the generous portion served to me whenever I visit here. There are many thinly diced mushroom in it which make the soup very fragrant and delicious.

I was one of the lucky persons to be invited by Nando's to enjoy a lunch treat of designated Peri-Peri Chicken meals and bottomless soft drinks for 2 at their outlet located at JCube. I chose mild for the spicyness of the chicken as i cannot really take food that is too spicy but even though it is mild, it was already kind of spicy! The two sides that i chose was the peri potato salad and the spicy rice. The spicy rice wasn't even spicy at all and it tastes rather nice too. The potato salad was also not too bad. Overall i would say it was a pleasant meal at nando's. Would definitely come back here again next time. The student meal costs $13.90.
