with a pinch of salt is hidden in a corner of a food court in toa payoh hubordered their bread and butter pudding which was heated in a microwave and topped wiht butter cream. texture is chewy, like that its not too sweet, however would prefer it to be more moist. guess the texture is that way because its microwaved rather than freshly baked. have yet to try their main dishes but they look really appetising in the photos. at 5-6 bucks each - its really value for money!!very nice ambience - wall

The escargots at “With a Pinch of Salt” are uniquely cooked. These snails taste simply great, grilled at the right temperature and placed on top of these crystals. They cost around $7 for a portion. The snails are fresh and I like the taste of garlic and butter it is being baked with.

Really enjoyed going down to this restaurant at Gourmet Paradise Toa Payoh Branch.The special thing about this cafe is that it provides a special dish each of the day with a cutting price (discount) from S$7.70 to S$5.50, that is quite a lot of saving that can be made.
