This is my first visit to Earle Swensen's, situated at Vivocity, unit #02-117. The name Earle Swensen's was actually the name of the founder and was also the same giant behind F & B group, Swensen's. This is 2 of their must try dish on the menu at 20.90 without GST and service charge. I ordered the seafood spaghetti and my friend ordered the beef burger which i can't remember the name. Spaghetti was alright but the prawns is a little not fresh. As for the beef burger, it taste awesome. The meat itself is very soft and the servings was big enough for two persons. When you ordered their main dish, you are also entitled to their salad buffet for free. I will definitely come back again.

At Earle Swensen's, as long you buy a main course, you will get to enjoy the salad bar buffet. I have bought the Poultry combo ($29.90) for my lunch. Sausages were are chewy and tender, fragrant and not too oily. Portion was quite generous as well. The salads available on the buffet spread may not be a lot, but is good enough to satisfy me. Especially love to eat the boiled broccoli flowers which are fresh and crunchy, mini tomatoes are also crunchy and juicy too. Service here is friendly

Lobster chilli pasta (can't remember the price but it's about $25)moderately spicy Poultry combo - smoked duck, chicken thigh, chicken breast, snail sausage - $29.90The snail sausage was hard to finish as it doesn't really taste good. The meatballs at Swensens are one of the best i have tasted as it is made up of real beef meat. The sauce that the meatballs cook in are also filled with great flavour and the mash potatoes by the side sre really smooth and tastety. The meatballs are bigger than the Ikea meatballs and i feel are more tastety too. Great for sharing as it can be quite filling if one is to be eating all of these meat balls.
