We went Soup Restaurant for dinner and ordered a tofu, a fish, a veg dishes and a soup of the day. Being called Soup Restaurant, the soup they have lives up to their name. It was very flavourful and they were a lot of ingredients. I liked the fish dish as the fish was fresh and it was cooked nicely. The tofu and veg was quite normal. We didn't try the chicken dish that they are famous for so I may go back to try it some other day.

Got to know that Soup restaurant doesn't just serve rice dishes, they have fried mee sua and pig trotter beehoon as well. My friend told me their mee sua is good so I decided to give it a try.Penang fried mee sua $9.90++The portion is quite generous for a 'small' dish. We always ordered Sam Sui chicken whenever we eat at Soup restaurant. Met up with my Sec sch friends for lunch and of cos with food my gal will always come along. She really can eat and was kinda like a gourmet and can tell what is good and what is not. She love chicken and soup restaurant serve nice juicy tender chicken and we also order vegetables, a pot of soup and tofu to share. Tofu was very soft and it somehow melt in the mouth. For chicken is still juicy and tender and I still love it to when eating it with the fresh crunchy veggie provided!

I bought a $60 voucher (at half price) and hence paid Soup Restaurant at nex a visit. The restaurant was half full at 5.30pm as it was a Sunday. The waitresses (mainly chinese PRC) were not on the floor and we waited 8-10mins before we got someone's attention. As the old-school menu was just in words (English & Chinese) and there were no pictures so we did not know what to order. We ask for recommendations of must-try dishes but the restaurant manager just pushed the set meals (for 2/3/4) to us.

Just had a dinner with friends today at Soup restaurant. Ordered their signature dish "Samsui" ginger chicken, daily boiled soup with spare ribs and winter melon and mince meat fried with "四季豆" The Samsui ginger chicken is very good especially the ginger paste. Texture of the chicken is very smooth and they provide unlimited servings for the lettuce that we use to wrap the chicken and ginger to be eaten together.

It was time for dinner and my friends and i were craving for chinese food!We decided to drop by the Soup Restaurant outlet at NEX.First off, the service was TERRIBLE. I felt really discriminated (maybe because we were the only teenagers there?) as the staff were really curt and inattentive towards us.
