Many fast-food outlets are branching into rice dishes now and LJS is no different. Tried their cajun chicken and while the taste wan't bad, I feel the service is not that great. The rice was a bit hard and the grains were not well separated. The portion is also rather little for the price paid. It could use a bit more side dishes or greens to make the meal more balanced.

My girlfriend and I were actually on the way to Cuppage Plaza to get Wanton Noodles that night. But LJS' ad captured our attention. 2 for $10? This is one of my favourite purchase from Long John Silver. Their deep fried fish cutlets are always so crunchy and the fish meat inside the crust are very soft and tender. The portion is quite generous and great to dip in their tartar sauce. Their crispy fries are very tasty but may be abit too salty. If you like their crust, you may also request from the service staffs for more of their crispy crumbs to be topped on your serving plate with no extra charges.

This place is usually very empty and thus the slow turnover causes the food to be less fresh and cold even though we had to wait quite long for our food to be served. it's quite surprising that they flooded my friend and I with 5 packets of ketchup and chilli sauce each and our waiting number is '5' as well, the service was quite okay as it was elderly citizens serving us and we were quite pleased that they offered the jobs to them. the chicken fillet was quite cold and the fries were quite oily

Yesterday at 9pm after my Hip Hop class, I went to meet my parents at The Centre point. The nearest Mrt station to reach there will be at Somerset. Decided to bought this Texas Chicken as breakfast. The ingredients were sufficient. First time trying, the chicken was tender and juicy. I can smell the fragrant of grill chicken. The bread was soft and I can tasted the cheese, it really goes well with the bread. The chicken breakfast was quite massive and I will never attempt to down one entirely again, I will probably leave out half of the gigantic white bread slice.
