I had bought a half loaf of this sesame bread back home for consume during snack time.  This bread may look simple and unattractive, but is really delicious and good for health.  Lots of black sesame seeds can be found in every parts of the bread which added that extra nutritional value to the bread and make it slight fragrant as well.  This bakery shop is bright and clean, with friendly counter gal serving me.  The bread is soft and moist, which great to eat it on its own. I like heading to Yamazaki to get their buns for breakfast or as a light snack to go. It is a Japanese bakery and they have a pretty extensive range of breads. There a few hits and misses and my most memorable bun has got to be their sweet potato bun! They have this on-going promotion for their mini buns which are priced at 3 for $2, 5 for $3 etc.

These Madeline Cheese cupcakes comes in a packet of 5. At the top of its cupcakes showed a prominent yellowish color while the other parts were in baked light brown color. Have bought this loaf of Healthy bread from this outlet. At the price of $3.00 per loaf, is consider quite affordable. This bakery shop is quite cooling and comfortable. The service here is fast and pleasant too. Love this healthy bread as it uses lots of multi grains and raisins in it. The texture is soft and light. Great to have it on its own or to spread some margarine on it tastes equally good!

My first time trying Yamazaki! The chocolate bread is so nice! I love the thick chocolate fillings and the soft bread. The texture was soft and non-porous which will make you full after having one. I saw quite a lot of people going in to this bakery and buying the breads hence I decided to enter the bakery shop as well. Quite a few bakery chains in Singapore now is baking the mini buns to cater for customers who love to try more variety of flavours. Yamazaki Boulangerie Chaude is selling five mini buns at $2.95. You can choose three for $1.99. Variety wise, this bakery doesn't as too many of the choices, most of the mini buns are either sausage or ham. I bought five, and my favourite is the sausage cheesy bun. However, the bread texture is a bit hard.

First look at it from the shop display shelving, I was already tempted to buy it and try. Unfortunately it does not taste as delicious as what I have been expecting. The thick coating of chocolate may be quite fragrant and slightly crunchy, but the eclairs' puffs are abit too hard in texture and is not at all fragrant and also does not blend in well with the chocolate coating. The fresh cream inside is quite delicious and not too sweet.

Have you seen baked mochi at any bakery before, I certainly have not. So when my girlfriend and I came across it at yamazaki bakery, we knew we had to buy and try it despite being so full after our dinner. it is bite size, in fact I could have popped it into my mouth and finish it in one bite but my girlfriend told me to savour it. It had this really unique taste, has this light fragrant. you will not get sick of how it taste. appearance wise, my girlfriend found it really cute.

When I first heard Cheese Mochi, my stomach turned inside out.I mean.. yes, cheese is SOOOOOO yummy and can almost go with anything. Just take a look at the european people, they eat cheese with almost anything and everything ! anyway, i'd not really recommend cheese mochi because it doesn't seem compatible with each other. taste quite weird. or maybe 'cos i'm not used to it.try the cheese cake, (or maybe 'cos i ate too much cheese for the day!)
