Chili's began in 1975 in the United States Of America, in Dallas, with a focus on the cuisine of the region, which is Texan style barbecue and Tex-Mex dishes. Arriving in Singapore in 2009, Chili's has since been serving up food that is consistent with its Southern American roots, hearty, generous portions of food that carry bold flavour.

Ambience at Chili's is comfortable, but lighting is somewhat dim, making the overall restaurants look dark. I like the little touches of stained glass, and mexican inspired decor, which give the interior its character. Layout is spacious, and furniture is functional with sufficient elbow room... although the size of the plates at Chili's tends to make the tables seem small.

Service at Chili's is excellent, styled after the personal and friendly service you'll get in America. Staff are knowledgable about the menu and ingredients, proactive to make recommendations and suggestions, observant and efficient. Food arrives very quickly, despite busy peak periods. Excellent service at Chili's, among one of the best I've seen!

Barbecue and Rotisserie is becoming more common in Singapore, but Chili's is one of the few places to get good Mexican or Tex-Mex cuisine. Recipes aren't very traditional or authentic, but flavour is big and bold, and many of the dishes are very tasty. Portions are quite large, and prices are reasonable, among one of the cheaper options for Mexican cuisine in Singapore.

Just came to have lunch at Chili's today with my family on a public holiday. I had the crispy chicken tacos, my first time trying this dish. I was quite pleased with the dish which came with 3 soft tortilla tacos that were wrapping pieces of crispy fried chicken. I loved that the crispy which was accompanied by lots of fresh tomatoes and lettuce which provided moisture and cut the greasiness of the chicken. The server was good too, being polite and responsive. The cost is about $30 for the tacos

The baby ribs here are absolutely amazing. Drenched in Chili’s famous sauce and slow cooked to perfection. The meat is really soft and juicy, easy to pull apart from each bone along the ribs. Every mouth of these ribs brings you closer and closer to heaven as you chew the meat without much effort. You’re allowed to choose 2 side dishes for the main course. I chose their classic French fries and corn on the cob. The fries were piping hot when served, filed with potato; it was really fat and nice

You’re allowed to choose 2 side dishes for the main course. I chose their classic French fries and corn on the cob. The fries were piping hot when served, filed with potato; it was really fat and nice! The corn is wonderful too, showered in butter and baked slowly, it leave a nice residual taste in your mouth. It is not overly buttered but if you’re on a date, you may want to avoid this as eating corn can get pretty mess. A trick that I always use is to use the knife to grind the corn out, like a corn grinder. Moving your knife as though you’re cutting a piece of meat. You not only look lady-like/man-like,, you can impress your date without looking like a pretentious person/a barbarian.
This place gets pretty busy during lunch/dinner hours especially on Friday-Sunday as people come out to play. You may want to call in for reservations to avoid the long queue.

If you are craving for pseudo Mexican fare, come to Chili's for an affordable experience. I tried the burger bites with fries and onion rings. The burgers were more like sliders given their size. The patty was passable, with the meat somewhat overgrilled. The fries were also not fantastic but thankfully not soggy. The onion rings were however forgettable, with it somewhat not very crunchy and luke-warm.

If you love your burgers big, you'll love chilis. This is by far my favourite American franchise in Singapore. Okay, this and Tony Romas.

See, no other restaurants serve their burgers this big, and I love em big! The more fillings, the more meat, the better! This is definitely a burger that burger lovers will love!

My standard order is the Southern Smokehouse Bacon burger, because who can resist bacon & onion rings in their burgers?! And they hardly do this anywhere else. Apart from their fantastic burger, they load the whole basket full of fries. I often skip lunch when I know there is a dinner at Chili's, because how else are you supposed to finish this giant of a burger with that bed of fries!

If you're going with a big group, order their bottomless tostidos with salsa, its thin and crispy, just the way I like it. Plus, the salsa is refillable too.

And only for those with a huge appetite, definitely do not miss out on their molten chocolate cake. It is a fantastic cherry on top of a perfectly good meal! Don't attempt to finish it on your own though, the chocolate is really rich, and two spoons will make you quite sick. Desserts are always meant to be shared.

My favourite outlet is the one in RWS, only because there are stores still opened after dinner for you to wander around. The shops around Tanglin were closed once we were done with dinner, so we had no choice but to wander off to the more crowded area of town.
Definitely opt for the one in RWS!

We had buffalo wings with blue cheese dip at the Chili's branch at Tanglin Mall. The ambiance was not too bad, with not much of a crowd. The buffalo wings was good with the blue cheese dip very rich in blue cheese. The parsley was rather redundant though since no one touched it and it seemed weird with buffalo wings. As for the wings itself, they were crispy and the specially blended sauce was very hot and tasty.

When Singapore restaurants tell me they serve American portions... I am very cautious...

For instance they indicate.. "Warning! We serve American servings" I start laughing to myself!

Well.. when i went to chili's... it was the burger that was laughing!

This is no joke! Ok i was stupid enough to order a burger accompanied by starters and a margarita.

We ordered nachos with cheese and buffalo wings with a beef burger... Trust me the word bloated is too underrated to use in this scenario.

The nachos were pretty standard... nothing different... nice cheese to accompany like a bag of nachos was an awesome starter.

As for the buffalo wings... it was served with celery and cream cheese. This was epic... so epic the epic movie would be less epic than this... For some reason, i like to take the celery stick more than the buffalo wings and dip it in the cheese! Tastes so good!

As for the burger when it arrived... i was already full! So the burger was like a mouth putter for me... means that i ate for the sake of eating!! It was toooooooooo filling.... It had cheese, veg, pickles and so much of that made me whoa!! I gotta stop now!!

To add fuel to the fire... i had a margarita to top it off.... i was too full to drink it up!!!

So from experience if you wanna order here... order with caution... Like the saying goes... dont judge the book or another example... do not judge the toilet by its bowl...

But in all seriousness! Do not judge a burger or food by its size!

The service was good... very prompt with much initiative... they serve the starters almost immediately!

The ambience was fantastic.... ol school music very country style based music and all... I like the American text style around these places!!

I will hell yeah be back for more!!!!

This is my first time visiting this restaurant and I will definitely visit it again! Simply love the food here. Ordered the bottomless nacho chips with salsa which I can't stop munching on while waiting for my main course to be served. The best of it is it is botomless! Refill as many times as you like and pay only $8! My main course is the quesadilla with fries and caesar salad which is super yummy. I love the beef and onion filling in the quesadilla. Yumz...

This restaurant has really cosy and spacious environment and i usually will come here with my husband to have a peaceful meal here. Have tried their pork ribs with corns and was quite happy with the generous portion but not too impress with the standard of the food. The pork ribs taste abit too dry and tough and the sweet corns is also not juicy and quite tasteless too. The price is also quite high and unaffordable.

Chili's Grill & Bar has one of the best ribs in town. I ordered the mix and match baby back ribs with half rack original flavour and the other half Honey BBQ flavour. The meat was very tender and slipped off the bone easily. The mashed potato and coleslaw sides are very good too. The mashed potato was not dry, sauce was very good and it came with potato skins which was quite unique. I also ordered the Terlingua Chili, slow cooked chili with beef, onions and chiles topped with cheese which is another of my favourite here. For dessert, I had the Caramel Apple Tart. The skillet baked apple tart was topped with vanilla ice cream, warm caramel sauce and cinnamon. It was nice but a bit messy to eat.

For the health conscious group and those who are looking closely on their diet right now, this chicken salad may be quite ideal for you. The lettuce is very crunchy and fresh and I really love those sliced grilled chicken meat topped on it which are very juicy and tender. Some thinnly sliced carrots are topped on it as well which make this salad dish really colourful. The dressing is served separated so you will not feel that your salad is overly wet and you can control the amount of dressing

I had lunch at Chilis last week and decided to order something new for a change. My friend suggested their chicken combos and I decided on the crispy honey chipotle chicken crisps. The set comes with grilled corn and fries in addition to the chicken. The chicken is deep fried before coating it generously with the honey chipotle sauce. The sauce is slighty sweet and a little spicy which made the chicken quite appetising. The chicken meat is also not too dry and tough and I love the overall taste.

The chocolate mud pie is Superb..
This restaurant is more to the higher end.

A must try at this restaurant is their texas cheese fries. I love how the cheese is so rich (and not diluted) and the way it melts all over the thick fries. It also comes with bacon which can be opted out upon request. The nachos with cheese is also highly recommended however it's pretty pricy.
