If the taste of laksa is stronger, it will be better. The prawn and cockles are fresh. But the noodles are abit hard. For the Iced Lemon Tea, nice blend of sourness and sweetness, but, too much ice is in the glass. It diluts the taste too fast.

Overall, the bills comes up to $12 inclusive of GST. Cant say really worth it as the jumbo portion is not jumbo enough.
But due to the uniqueness, it reach the borderline. If anyone want to the flavor of laksa in other kind of food, this is the place to go.

Kelantan Laksa ($8.50)
Alluring flavours of tamarind, lemongrass, ginger flower and a touch of palm sugar pamper the fish and coconut enriched broth for this uniquely Kelantan creation. Those who cannot take too spicy would like this as some recommended this as the non spicy laksa. The broth is very rich and thick with the fish meat. It is my first time eating the pink ginger flower in shredded form.

Mom and I shared the following dishes :

The green coloured chendol worm looking jelly is very soft and taste homemade. The grass jelly too has a homemade taste as it is very soft. Overall it looks like a big plate of ice kacang with the items all placed out of the shaved ice. Good for sharing as everyone like different items.

Gula Melaka Tea ($5.30)
This drink tastes like a gula Melaka milkshake as it is thick and creamy, and full of the gula Melaka's taste.

Overall the food is nice. The staff is also quite friendly, packing the satay with sauce separated for takeaway as I could not finish it.

Have been here twice and quite like the food here. Service is ok, but its quite a small place. The Seafood Laksa Hotpot is very worth and filling. Lasagne was nice but not filling enough, too small portion haha!

Quite a good place to settle a quick and filling lunch. I recommend ordering the laksa Hotpot if you are very hungry

Went to laksania and there weren't many people on a weekday for lunch. They have a students promotion with laksa and free flow of drinks at less than $10 each! I think the laksa portion is a bit small for that price, but I have tried laksa baked rice before and it was really nice! Don't order the laksa fries though because the sauce if not that nice.

Spent a good day with friends. Bought $10 for $20 groupon. Finally tried laksania, as I find the original price kind of steep for a normal bowl of laska. Tried the Singapore Laksa, taste not bad, but I prefer the laska gravy to be thicker and richer favour. I also tried their vegetarian laksa goreng that taste better than the normal laska, but kind of dry. It would be better if there is some moist in it. The environment is quite stuffy!

Sawarak Laksa is definitely different from our usual Singapore Laksa. First of all, the noodles is different. They use the thin bee hoon noodles for this Laksa instead of the thick bee hoon that we are used to, and the soup have a distinct herbal taste to it.

The herbal taste is not the bitter kind and quite acceptable to my palate. I usually dont take any bitter at all. I do think that this dish is nice but it taste nothing like Laksa to me. To me, it's a nice bowl of noodles, but not Laksa.

This picture looks like lasagna. Well, it is. The top layer is cheese and inside it pasta. But the sauce is laksa. When the top layer of cheese is broken and blended with the laksa sauce, it is a fusion of east and west cuisine. With the baked melted cheese and the spicy laksa, the lasagna has not made cheesy. People who does not like cheese but with the spicy laksa sauce, it makes a good taste buds.

The Singapore Laksa at Laksania is rich in this gravy. It is rich in coconut milk. The colour of the laksa will enhance the eating taste. The bean curd is soft and soak well into the laksa soup. It is not spicy hot. The laksa soup is smooth in texture. The noodle is soft . The laksa comes with a quarter slice hard boiled egg. After eating, one still goes for another serving.

First mouthful was quite a disappointment. I did not quite like it. Though i really could not quite associate the taste of cheese with taste of laksa but it actually did not taste too bad. It just did not quite meet my expectations.

Laksa Lasagna is priced at $8.50. A rather simple pasta dish in laksa sauce with quite a bit of shredded chicken and a handful of cheese. Nothing too spectacular though it can be quite comforting. It tasted rather creamy with a light hint of laksa taste together with just the right amount of cheese.

The service by an elderly Auntie was warm and attentive. I was there after lunch so not much waiting is required. I might be back for other laksa dishes but will definitely skip the Lasagna.

So im just going to cut the chase. The food was okay. We love the fries with the laksa sauce. We couldnt get enough of it. That is a must try!

The one that i really wasnt happy about is the service. I was seriously pissed off that i had to come over to collect my drink, which came last out of all the dishes, at the counter. Not only that, I asked the staff to help me put out the fire of my hotpot laksa, that has all my ingredients, and came back with an empty hotpot. So I went to the counter and requested them to give me back the original hotpot and brought it to my table myself. Im like?? Seriously? Sigh.. im really not going to come back here ever ever ever ever again. Their other outlet yes. But not here in Bugis+

The concept of this stall is you find your own seat, get served the menu and then you place your order and pay at the counter. Me and my partner ordered the Singapore and Sarawak Laksa respectively. The sarawak laksa on the other hand taste pretty interesting with the soup base taste resembling that of mee siam actually. But again the bee hoon ordered came onluy with shredded chicken. The chicken wing served were 4 mid joints with nothing much to shout about. But its good to have such a place where if you want to bring some foreigner friends here, they can try all the different types of laksa.

Kelantan Laksa $7.50This is something different from the usual laksas. The soup base is not spicy at all that is why they place a mouthful of chilli paste on the side. Chicken Satay (3 pcs $3.80)
The satay meat is very tender and well-seasoned. What is unique about this is that it is served with laksa dip instead of the typical satay peanut sauce! It is a unique combination that will leave you wanting for more.

It has a kinda exotic taste. For this, it's either you love or hate it!
