My first time dining in Ah Loy Thai and it definitely did not fail me. I ordered the pineapple fried rice which costs $5.90. I really enjoy the food and the rice was very fragrant and the portion was also huge, very much sufficient to keep my stomach filling. I like the ingredients such as prawns, raisins and chicken used to fried together with the rice. I will come back for more again.
The tau sar piah at this shop is the BEST!! Always freshly baked and hot when you buy it. Buttery fragrant crust and both the salted and sweet versions are good. Guarantee chop and you won't regret it. It even taste good when it turns cold. Always a happy customer whenever i am here!

An interesting twist to normal burgers, MOS Burger's Ebi Rice Burger has to be one of my favorite fast food burgers! The prawns are fresh and juicy and fried lightly in a batter. I love the crunch of the prawns which brought interesting textures to the burger! Not forgetting, the flavorful sauce which brought the entire burger to another level. The thick, chunky fries are c...

The blue nonya kueh consists of two layers. One layer was the glutinous rice that has a light blue colour and it was topped with a generous layer of the grated coconut that has been cooked in coconut sugar. The colour glutinous rice taste slightly saltish but the sweetness of the grated coconut create a good balance between the two distinct flavours. As for the yellow kueh,it also have nine ...

had the zinger burger for dinner tonight. it is really one of my favourite burger in KFC. super spicy with a thick piece of fried chicken in between the bread, coupled with lettuce and declious mayonese. Definitely makes a great meal. I also like their mashed potato. Soft and warm and the gravy is really what makes the mashed potato so much more tasty and addictive. Yums!

Wimbly Lu is hidden in a private estate near Serangoon, which makes it hard to find if you are a first-timer at this restaurant. The place is decorated to give it a cosy feeling, and be amazed at the display of dessert when you stepped into the cafe. I had the root beer cake, with vanilla ice cream. Looking for new dessert place around town area and found Vanilla Bar & Café. I ordered a Chocolate Molten Cake. Warm dark brown cake was rich and luscious, when I cut into the middle of the dense cake, gooey and hot chocolate slowly flows out. Accompanied by cold smooth and velvety vanilla ice cream. This place is cozy and quiet, would definitely come back again to try the savor...
The chicken hot pot tasted just like claypot chicken. Basically, it consist of bits of chicken with bits of capsicum, onion and celery. I find that this is simply overrated as this dish is really normal. Not alot of meat in fact. More bones and the other ingredients. All in all, i find that the food here is average and not really worthy! There are alot of cheaper alternatives which is...

This is black pepper chicken chop under choice of Grillworks chicken in the menu. The chicken chop was quite tender and juicy. As for the two hot side dishes which are tasty rice and fried onion ring, complement well with the chicken. There was quite a generous amount of black pepper sauce as gravy which does not makes the course too dry. Perhaps I will try veggie side dishes next time.
