FINALLY! After eating at this place so many times, it is time for a review! This place has one of the best chicken rice in town! The chicken (I only go for the white one) is super tender and silky in texture. Nicely flavored and soaking in some awesome sauce. The dish is so simple - rice, chicken and a bowl of soup. Yet it's a really shiok meal! There's usually a queue during lunch hour so get there early!

It has been quite long since I had the chicken rice here so when my dining companion suggested this place, I was more than willing to come. The wait is quite fast if you are in a small group since they will usually arrange for you to share a table. After you are seated, immediately, they will serve the rice and cut the chicken for you. I got the traditional steamed chicken. The chicken is really tender and the entire piece with the fats just melts in your mouth. To wash of the oil, we also order

Had my lunch with my colleagues at this outlet. It is always crowded during lunch hours. Waited for around 20 mins before we are being bought to our seats. Vegetables with Oyster Sauce - normal, but the vegetables was quite crunchy chicken gizzard - Crunchy and it does not have any foul smell of internal organs. Mixed Roasted Chicken and Steam Chicken - The meat was juicy and tender. best part is that they removed away all the bones!Overall, not bad.

When I arrive this place with my colleagues, the worker of the shop told us to wait for awhile as he wanted to get a larger table for us. So we waited, the service was pretty fast. Not all the Hainanese Chicken eateries nowadays service the Ginger sauce, but one thing that makes this place quite special is the Ginger sauce. If only they'd offer to include it when you ordered take out, instead of just the chili sauce.Recently, the standard feels like it might have gone down. The crowd has also seemed to lessen somewhat. This have been the best chicken rice so far in my opinion in Singapore. I will usually order white chicken cause it is more tender and the chicken will be soaked with some sauce beneath it.. The chicken rice is really fragrant and delicious. The chewines of the chicken is just nice and as the chicken is so tender. Usually will eat it with chilli and ginger provided. I love chicken rice (I mean... who doesn't) but in my opinion, NOBODY makes better chicken rice than the one here at the top floor of Far East Plaza.It's easy to spot, really. Actually far east plaza really does have a lot of nice food. I headed to the hainanese delicacy for dinner with a friend. It was pretty crowded as it was approaching dinner time. It did not take long for our food to be served. They had those herbal soup and vegetables but my friend and I just stuck to a portion of chicken rice each. I deliberately detoured to far east plaza for my delicious hainanese chicken rice. This place is so popular! There was a non stop stream of people flooding into the shop. I had to wait pretty long for my chicken rice to be served not because there were no seats but they just ran out of chicken. I love bringing overseas friends to this chicken rice eatery. I call this the chicken rice fast food because the moment you sit down, the staff will come to you immediately and ask if you want black or white. Moments after ordering, the rice and soup arrives and closely followed by the chicken. The entire wait today didn't go beyond 5 mins!As I love roast chicken and my friend wanted to try the white one, we ordered both. Unlike some chicken rice I have tasted, the sauce is not overly salty!

Hainanese Delicacy's chicken rice is good! They serve really tender chicken, you can even order skinless chicken. Their soup is flavourful and their rice is not too oily. The portion can be abit too big so it makes you really full towards the end of the meal. My foreign friends love the chicken rice! Their chilli is not too spicy such that you cant taste the chicken's original flavour, just right for a person who cant take too spicy food.
