Even though there are really wide ranges of dim sum dishes available on their menu, but usually I will only ordered their glutinuous rice balls with black sesame. The glutinuous rice balls are very chewy and bouncy in texture and is full of the fragrant from the pandan flavour in it. The black sesame fillings are very smooth in texture and is also not too sweet as well. The combination taste great and the price is reasonable too.

This chinese restaurant not has the standard ranges of chinese dim sums which you can usually get from there, they also has this onion pancakes which I never try from other chinese dim sums stall before and taste really good! The texture is very fluffy and chewy, which almost taste like the 'Chinese version' of the indian roti prata. The onion in it make it more fragrant and added that slight crunchiness to it. Price is reasonable too!

I went to this dim sum restaurant for ard 3 times already. It really deserves a double thumbs up! The har kow and the creamy egg hor fun are the top two for me. Other good dishes would be the red bean pancake, ma po tofu! The fried rice there is very good too! Not too oily and its comes with salted black beans which makes the dish even tastier!

Craving for some dim sum, we headed to Swee Choon Tim Sum Restaurant at Jalan Besar. There is a wide range of dim sum to choose from. I ordered the pork floss egg crepe which costs around $4.50. The egg crepe is soft and smooth wrapped with pork floss. The place was crowded and we had to wait for awhile before we could get a table. The wait was worth it as the food tasted great overall.

Crowded especially at night. Their xiao long bao is a little dry i find. The skin is breaks easily upon scooping it up. The meat inside is hot and a tad too dry for my liking. We also ordered their custard bun. It was smooth and small on the outside. Bite on it and the custard will come oozing out into your mouth. Bite a small opening and suck the juice out. Service wise is okay, nothing much to rave about seriously.

it was really crowded at about 10 to 11pm on saturday,we had to wait about 20 min for a seat for 2. the tim sum were fresh and reasonably priced. i recommend the xiao long bao and mian xian guo, a must try for tim sum lovers. the classic siew mai was average though. service not bad, food came in a short while though the place was packed. good place for supper gathering.

This chinese restaurant serves wide range of chinese dim sums which you will be too delighted to choose from their menu. This time round I have tried their rice noodles, carrot cakes, siew mai and deep fried prawn fritters. All these items are selling at very reasonable price and are served hot only upon order. Infact they may also prepare it only upon your order as well. Like their carrot cake as it is really crispy, not too oily and you can actually feel there's lots of carrot strips in it

Whenever I have the cravings for dim sum at night, I will always go to Swee Choon now that I know of this place after my hubby bought me here earlier this year for their dim sums. The price is quite reasonable, and this explains the crowd whenever I go there. One of their special dim sums is the deep fried mee sua. It is the first time I have seen it so I just had to order it. I forgot to take a picture until I have finished it because it is so good. The exterior is very crispy and the interior

I also ordered this dish. I like the crispiness of the tofu and the floss is also very tasty, though, it could definitely do with more floss. The dim sums here are all quite nice and worth it for me coming back.

My hubby bought me here for dim sum after he has knocked off from work. I was quite surprised to see so many people coming here for dim sum. Luckily for us, we managed to find seats quite easily. We tried many of their dim sums but the best of the lot is the har gaw. I like how crunchy and fresh the prawns are. The appearance of the siew mai is different from what we usually see, but taste wise it is really one of the better siew mais that I have had. It is not too greasy and I can finish off pl

]Swee Choon Dim Sum cafe sells a variety of dim sum. It may be lesser in variety as compared to other dim sum restaurants like Crystal Jade, etc. But all the dishes are of quality. My favourite dish is Egg Tart! It's different from other egg tarts that I've tried before. It's crispy on the outside and soft filling on the inside. It taste just right not too sweet nor too bland. Best to eat while it's hot. It's alright to keep it overnight, as the taste will be the same even if you take it the next

It's crispy on the outside and soft filling on the inside. It taste just right not too sweet nor too bland. Best to eat while it's hot. It's alright to keep it overnight, as the taste will be the same even if you take it the next day.
I've also tried their century egg porridge which taste really good. It's sweet and taste like baby porridge. It does not contain much seasoning like soy sauce.

These egg tarts are quite tiny but packs a power. My brother's colleague got a number of these egg tarts from this very famous dim sum restaurant to the office. As there are left overs, my brother took two back home. These are really delicious when reheated in the toaster - the crust will be very crispy and the egg custard is very wobbly and sweet. Paired together - you can understand why it is so good!
