I love the cakes from Tiffany Cafe. Would recomemnd the mango cakes....the mango chunks are huge and generous, very yummy and tasty. Not very sweet too. The strawberry cakes is also very atrractive and delicious. Layered with chocolate cake are strawberry mouuse and jelly, topped with kiwi. Heavenly. I also like their truffle chocolate cake which is very rich. Though sinful, but I can't stop eating the cakes when I'm here.

One of the cheaper buffet places around, considering that it has 1 for 1.Range of food is ok, though I think could be better. Majority of the dishes are spicy, not suitable for children. I only like the dessrt best - esp the durian crumble! Dash for it. Heavenly. Had the truffle cake too, very nice. Only I don't like is that they charge children price from 3 years old onwards! which is ridiculous, how much can a 3-year-old eat?

If you're looking for buffet spread of local cuisine served from a Halal certified kitchen, this is for you. We had Citibank 1 for 1 promo so we decided to check out Tiffany. I read some reviews there were chili crabs, but there weren't any. I feel the range of food selections needs to be extended. Sashimi is fresh and loving it!

The best of all in the buffet were the dessert portion, it offers a variety of cakes to choose from. If you're a Durian lover, you will be delighted to know that Tiffany serves one of the best Durian Pengat and I had numerous bowls! Their food tasted average and was nothing much worth remembering. Some tasted slightly above average, while others fell short of it. There were the local delight segment - Chicken rice w roasted chicken or duck. On the other side were the Dimsum (Custard Bun & Har Gao) & Kimchi noodles. Sadly, the noodles they call it were maggie mee D: It's not that Tiffany is bad but for the price I'm paying (Without 1 for 1 promo it's $52.80++), I would choose to dine elsewhere w more seafood selections & not just pure local cuisine.

Met up with a friend in the area after I was booking a holiday at ASA Chinatown.

Before entering the run-down looking hotel which has seen better days, looking around in this café there weren’t much variety and they served mostly local delights. Based off individual preference some people may find this place cosy.

I took the fluffy rice which was interestingly brown/white fried rice, and this is considered a healthier option, unfortunately was bland without much effort to mix additional sufficient ingredients to enhance the taste. Penne (pasta) was overcooked and soggy possibly from it being left on the warmer for long periods of time. Beef rendang was soft and flavourful , but there weren’t enough as the replenishing intervals was slow. Prawns were averaged inconsistently between fresh and leftovers which nobody wanted.

Desserts selection was disappointing for me as the cakes were either too dry or tasted like thawed frozen cakes.

Cookies, Fruits and Marshmallows in Chocolate fondue was my only favourite , despite little choices , the chocolate they used tasted of great premium quality.

Went for Sunday buffet dinner with family. Place was nice and cosy, and service was good too. Food was fairly good - a good mix of western and local cuisine. My family liked the oxtail ( nicely done stew) while I thought the soft shell crab with chicken floss was great! Salmon sashimi was fresh, and durian crumble looked interesting and is a must try if you like durians. 1 for 1 promotion currently with citibank... Good experince overall!

The nonya kuehs here on the buffet spread really make me decide to come back for more. So many ranges I can choose from and I can assure you that all these kuehs are really good! Like the rice kueh which the glutinuous rice is moist and compact with that really nice pandan soft kueh attached to it. The soft greenish kueh with the orange shredded coconut in it is sweet and chewy. With a cup of Chinese tea or any hot beverage to go along with it will make your end of the buffet meal a very plea

The food serve there were pretty decent. Mainly Japanese and Western food.
There are some chinese food like duck rice and wanton noodles over there which
I try a little and find that it is rather awful.

Below are some of the stuff I highly recommended to give it a try :

*Fresh salmon sashimi* -

one of the few halal buffet places in singapore other than sakura. the restaurant itself is quite nice, quite cozy but the hotel itself is quite bad. the location itself is quite inaccessible especially when driving because of the bad traffic in chinatown area and the hotel looks quite run down too. as for the food wise, i think is more of a local style buffet rather than international buffet, most of the dishes tend to cater to local taste. the minestrone was quite bad, it has this gluey taste

My cousin treat us to Tiffany Cafe for the Buffet !!!

we went there at about 6.30pm and we were the first bagde of customers !!! haha ...so you can guess that all the food were freshly served.

the first food i took is the chocolate foundue. ^^

then small deco desserts which are very cute and look tasty.

then mini cakes which have -

orea cheesecake,

chocolate cake,

log cake , ...

mousse cakes- chococate , strawberry , sago version of mousse cake

you will know if you watch the channel 8 show on thursday - Buffet Buffet

I started out with desserts first as i am a dessert-craver !! haha

next ,,, i tried the meats which are teriyaki chicken , fish, squid ,salmon, prawn and ....many more

BEST is teriyaki chicken as it is cook on spot by the chef !

i am also very satisfied with the freshness of the meats

E.g are the salmon and the prawn ! ^^

juicy and chewy !

Tiffany cafe also provided many types of salad which made me in dilemma. What to choose !!?

It also have shark fin , onion soup , and bread?

for the heavier type of meal ....there are

fried rice , spagetti and noodle ( to prepare on your own ; DIY)

Overall, for variety wise ....although it look to me that they are trying to make it FUSION.

like providing a combination of food from Japan, western and chinese countries

but i thing they had failed.

The reason is because...there are only 1 type of rice, 1 type of spagetti and one type of noodle !

moreover the spagetti is with Beef ( so people who does not consume beef is only left with rice and noodle )

the variety of meats are a lot . However, for Japanese style they only have 2 - salmon and octopus

And having bread for dinner buffet look weird! Nobody even bother to take one piece of bread !

For desserts session -

love the mousse and pudding but not the CAKES !!!

cakes , to be frank is very NORMAL ! and the flavour of cinnamon is too strong ( is not a cinnamon cake )

i guess they have strict budget for cakes and cookies .

because the cookies is very hard to eat !

the fruits for fondue are not fresh too

anyway, i guess i will not go to Tiffany cafe for Buffet anymore

Spend $55 total for 2 pax (dinner on weekday).
Their choice of food wasn't a lot but somehow we like the desserts.
Lamb was good
Noodles were too salty for my linking.

Was not very crowded. Half occupied.
Mostly are working adults gatherings, very noisy.

I would say this is value for money with the promotion.
Actually I called the cafe even before heading down thinking that I could do a reservation or enquiry on the promotion but the no one picks up the call after a few tries.
So I end up walk-in since It's near to my workplace.
