The 6 Takoyakis, contained in a boat shaped container said to absorb excess oil and prevent condensation, emitted a flavourful warm aroma. This is especially tempting when it was added with mayonnaise, aonori seasoning and shaved dried bonito. (I know of people who love these balls because of the ‘moving’ bonito). This is a definite yummy worth to try.it is better than many takoyaki stalls, i tried

compared to other takopachi stores, i have to say gindaco is one of the better stores since the quality is much better. contrary to other stores which sell different filling like bacon and cheese or prawn, gindaco only serve octopus but instead it has different sauces and topping for the takopachi. i like gindaco because the takopachi is more crispy and all freshly prepared

There wasn't a long queue and hence we decided to try it. The balls were crispy on the outside and soft and tasty in the inside, the tako that was inside was fresh and chewy, overall i really enjoyed the tako balls. I think it is worth the wait. Pricing was slightly high though, about $0.80 per ball.

The fried Japanese noodles they sell here is really good.. It is fried with egg and sauce. Really delicious. The noodles are tasty and not too dry. The sauce adds taste but does not make the noodles too soggy. I love tghe combination of egg and sauce and noodles. Delicious!

This place in Ion sells absoultely delicious Tako yaki balls. They are the authentic tako yaki balls that can be found in SIngapore! Bought the authentic takoyaki with original sauce. It's topped up with a sinful portion of mayonnaise with some bonito (shaved cuttlefish) and sprinkle of seaweed seasoning.

Although the takoyaki may not look very appetizing and is usually associated with a long wait, once the warm batter gush out after you bite through the charred crispy "skin", you can appreciate fully why the constant turning and long wait.

Had their omelette thing because there was some lunch special. Bad idea. It took more than 30 minutes to arrive. The seating is also very limited and very crampy. The tables are very very small. The sauces on this dish did not go well together and overall it did not taste good. It's hard to describe what this dish is! The mayo on top of the dish was overkill. Not sure if this is authentic Japanese but it tasted pretty terrible. It was filling because of the egg, but otherwise it was a terrible d

This place actually has a sit-down area behind the stall for you to order noodles and such. We had some seafood fried noodle concoction. To begin with, it is not cooked by a Japanese but by an Indian man. And then, it took 30 minutes to arrive. And the taste was - horribly weird. The sauce was sweet and fishy - weird. The noodle wasn't even hot! There was only 1 or 2 pieces of seafood in the entire dish. And it costs about $11! Hawker centre would have been much better. Not recommended.

I love the daiyaki from this shop! The chocolate banana is my favourite!! But the day I went, it was sold out, hence I bought the mustard daiyaki. Wasn't as nice as the chocolate banana. The chocolate banana is a MUST-TRY! Perfect fragrant and sweetness~ I really felt the japanese aura from it. Whenever I go Ion, I will always remember to check out this shop to see whether they're selling the chocolate banana daiyaki. Heh. Even smelling it is awesome

I must say this is the best octopus balls i can find in Singapore. Love how the outer of it is so crispy but i don't eat the octopus inside so i would have to dig out the octopus to enjoy it. But despite it all, i still love it a lot and am willing to queue up just for this. It is also quite expensive as compared to others in the market.

Best Takoyaki ever! So far this is the best i've found. The taste is really fantastic. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. It ain't too dry or watery too! I'm in love with the one that is topped with egg mayonaise. A new combination so far and it tasted awesome! I'll never miss it whenever i passby!

This is a terrible in the sense that it tastes really bad. And we had to wait 20 minutes for it. It's some fried noodle on the hotplate which is not even hot! The noodle wasn't hot either. And the most terrible thing is that it tastes like some Chinese herbs. The fried eggs on top would have been good if it didn't taste so awful with the weird sauce which tastes like old Chinese herbs. It's really odd. And the cook is actually Indian and not Japanese. It cost about $6 and there's a sit down area

Whenever i passed this stall, they are always long queue so i give up. One weekday when i went to Ion orchard, there isn't anyone so i quickly dash there to have a try. There are 3 types of sauce: Gindaco original sauce, leek with cold tempura sauce and egg with teriyaki sauce. Only 1 filling which is octopus.Their tako ball is crispy on the outer layer and soft inside, stuffed with generous portion of diced octopus. I have chosen original sauce. I personally felt that is slight salty but overall

when the store first open at ION, there was a super long queue at this store cause i think it is really famous in japan. didnt get to try it in japan but tried it in hong kong before, i felt the taste somewhat not as nice as what i had in hk. i really appreciate the nicely cooked to perfection takopachi that has a nice golden brown skin that is a little crispy. there are also quite a variety of topping or sauce to choose from but i always stick to the standard. on the whole i think the takopachi
