Love to eat the sashimi here as the slices are very fresh and quite thick in pieces as well. The restaurant is also quite cosy and spacious, which is quite good for family and friends gathering. However as the price is quite high here, I will normally come here only during occasions. Their hot green tea here goes very well with their fresh sashimi too. Eat it on its own or with fragrant japanese rice taste equally delicious.

I wanted soup and I wanted something substantial. So I got the beef nabemono and an add on option of udon and an egg.More slices of beef than I thought. This was good. Very good in fact. The beef was fatty enough to make sure that the beef stayed tender after being cooked in the broth. The vegetables made the soup stock sweet and of course there was just ONE solitary flower mushroom. oh my precious one. Aside from that though, this was a good dinner option!

we had craving for dinner though it was still early at 4pm in town area, so we went to Watami since there weren't much people dining. I had the watami tonkotsu ramen set, it was alright, meat was tender though portion was little.we also ordered hire katsu tamago toji teishoku, but it never came. waved for the staff... THREE TIMES. 1st time ordered set A , so this is the 2nd time eating , therefore i order set B .recommended this to my friend. My friend was first time eating this , she ordered set C as previously i brought set A , and the person put so less sauce and less seaweed flakes therefore this time round i asked the person to add more sauce and seaweed flakes .WOAH ! taste damn nice HEY GUYS REMEMBER !! always mix the rice together with the sauce & seaweed . consume it ~ damn NICEY !

I really enjoy eating the japanese steamboat here as the ingredients serve here are very fresh and really enjoy the generous portion of vegetables served to us. The soup base is light and with slight sweet fragrant from the ingredients used in boiling it. The thinly sliced meat, especially the pork belly, taste really good and the texture are very tender and juicy. Great to share among two to three adults.

This Japanese restaurant has one of this unique dish which give me the reason to visit this restaurant almost at least three times a month... which is their cheese tofu. Very soft smooth large cubes of tofu are coated with a thin layer of flour before bring to deep fry. Watami is one of my favourite places to have japanese food due to their wide variety of dishes. I decided to other the mentai cheese yamago yaki as well as the wafu pizza and watami salad to share among the two of us. The wafu pizza is thin crust pizza and it is very tasty with the teriyaki chicken and pork on top of the pizza. My roomate and I didnt want to cook dinner after work anymore, so we decided to meet up in Bishan and eat there. I ordered the bibimbap for my lunch set since I wanted something hot and nutritious. The bibimbap is very tasty when mixed together with all the veggies and also the egg yolk. so far the few watami outlet that i tried all provided me with great services and delicious food so i was very disappointed when i visited their bishan outlet. i believed is one of their newer outlet so the place is severely under staff. we had to wait very long for our food to be ordered and even longer time for the food to be served. and staff were so busy that I have to clear my own table to make space for our food. however, the food are still nice to eat

Of all ice cream flavours, I feel green tea ice cream taste the best as it felt less sweet on the taste buds. I ordered the green tea parfait, filled with mochi, red beans, waffle biscuit and other toppings in the glass. It was awesome having something chilled on a warm day. It costs $8.90++.
