We ordered the Signatures Seafood Set at $218++ for 4 pax (经典海鲜餐) plus an ala carte plate of Crispy pork belly 冰烧三层肉 $10. All dishes are yummy! I especially love the salted egg yolk scallop, huge n juicy and the salted egg sauce tasted just right. The crabmeat fish maw pumpkin soup is also very nice. One of my all-time favourite for desert in Tung Lok. It includes a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, some small mango slices, and sago 'wrapped' around by a coconut. The price for this desert is about $10 or lesser if I'm not wrong. Cant rmb the exact price though. ><Service is generally good here as the staffs are quite friendly and polite. This vegetable dish may just look quite simple, but this is really deliciou. THe vegetables are not overcooked, which are really crunchy and have absorbed the fragrant and sweetness from the sauce use in cooking it. THe spinach tofu is very smooth and soft in texture, which blend in well with the stired fried vegetables. The portion is not really that generous, but is the quality that counts.

My first visit to this place for a morning Dim Sum and early lunch.Place was not very crowded.Seated to the table within 10 minute.Got a nice seating area facing Sentosa.Order a few of their Tim Sum and a bowl of Bull Frog Legs Porridge.Meal came around 15 minute.Expected to see some big bull frog legs in my porridge as stated in their menu.But to my dissappointment, saw 2 or 3 frog legs inside.And the meat is not a fat with meat.The porridge they cook is not the silky kind of porridge.Overall

This eggplant with pork floss is surprisingly good! The eggplant was fried and coated with pork floss. Since eggplant itself does not have much flavor, coupling them with pork floss is simply delicious. The pork floss itself was delicious too, actually not much difference with the pork floss that is selling elsewhere. The highlight would be how eggplant actually works with pork floss. The service was good and this dish came quite fast.

This Seafood Fried Rice is delicious. There are scallops and prawns inside. The scallops were in small pieces, but the amount given is generous and you can definitely taste the freshness of the scallops. The prawns were fresh too. The fried rice itself was tasty and flavorful. The aroma and taste is enhanced with the eggs fried with it. It was so nice that I had 2 bowls The service is good, the waitresses were attentive but there was a little waiting time.

This time round, we had the Crispy roast pork belly served with mustard sauce for appetizer. The meat is well-seasoned yet slightly dry I reckon, but fortunate enough the skin is very crispy. Baked fried rice with seafood served on lotus leaf ($22) is a surprise. It has a plain appearance, but very delicious.
