I decided to give 51 beancurd a try, the queue was not as long as lao ban, waited around 10 to 15 minutes and got my beancurd. Blk 51 has one of the most awesome beancurds ever! It definitely can rival that of LaoBan!. The beancurd is silky smooth and does not have the overwhelming smell of soya bean that most beancurd has. It is something like a milkcurd, sweet and melts in your mouth. Tastes really good and delicious!

Soya bean curd is all the rage at old airport road. I tried out the one from 51 Original Soya Beancurd. Had Rochor soya bean! I had it chilled, it is super delicious. The best choice of dessert to have after dinner. The soya bean is just right, neither too sweet nor not sweet. The bean curd is very smooth, soft and silky and it just simply melts inside your mouth without having to chew it and the liquid just burst inside your mouth.
