I like the range of desserts and icecream in this restaurant. For icecream lovers, you’ll be spoilt for choices. There’s cone, mashmallow, and lots of toppings to go with it – gummies, nuts, raisins, colourful sprinklers etc. Even if the icecream doesn’t taste nice, the range of toppings would make one eager to try out the icecream. We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. There is variety in the spread, though I think the range of desserts offered can be better. One of the dish I would like to recommend is this fried durian dumpling. At first I didn't know what it is, but was drawn by its unique design and the colourful sprinklers on top. tasted and it's yummy. Had 3 servings of it! hehe. Favourite of my child too.

Have a really satisfying dinner at this buffet restaurant. Restaurant is very spacious and comfortable and cooling. Restaurant chef is also very friendly and greeted us when we picked up the food for the counter. Price near to $50 is quite expensive but the quality of their food is still worth the price. Plaza Brasserie is one of the few buffet restaurants I keep going back to. The reason is their three-tiered chocolate cake (in the dessert section) which I can't get enough of. So last week, I was there again for lunch! That time was the first day of their CNY promotion. And you could easily feel it in the air with all the red decors and lanterns decorating the buffet area. Plaza Brasserie have this annual crab buffet during the crab season. They offer dangui crab and steam crab along with famous Singapore crab dishes Chilli Crab and Black Pepper Crab. They also had the fried salted egg crab and butter crab. Personally I preferred the steamed crab as the other crabs were too oily. After eating one or two you wouldn't feel like eating more. The rest of the buffet spread was good and up to their usual standard.

Plaza brasseries best of Asia seafood promotion is really great! It's really nice to have a buffet why focuses on regional seafood specialities! One highlight for me is the delicious salted egg crab! Using flower crabs mean there is no need for a cracker to crack open any hard shells. The delicious salted sauce is savoury and clings to the shells of the crab. this was really really good I couldn't stop eating it!

I got my wife to go for the buffet dinner I got in at 6:05pm and it was the start of the dinner.The oysters were big and fresh and i got 4 pieces and the cook opened it immediately.
